L'organització posarà a disposició dels participants un servei d'anul·lació individual previ pagament de 10€. Contractant el servei d'anul·lació d'inscripció es reintegrarà l'import de la inscripció en cas de no poder participar en l'activitat per qualsevol motiu personal enviant un e-mail a radikal@radikalswim.com. El reintegrament de l’import es durà a terme segons els següents trams:
Fins 30 dies abans de la data de la travessia: Reintegrament del 100% de l’import.
Fins 7 dies abans de la data de la travessia: Reintegrament del 50% de l’import.
Entre 7 i 0 dies abans de la data de la travessia: No es farà cap tipus de reintegrament de l’import.
Aquest servei d'anul·lació individual de inscripció no inclou devolucions per modificació del recorregut o cancel·lació de l'activitat si es produeix per causes alienes a l'organització. En cap cas, l’organització retornarà l’import de la inscripció, incloent que per mal temps o causes alienes a l’organització es vegi forçada a anul·lar o modificar la travessia.

Entre 97 y 0 días antes de la fecha de la travesía: No se hará ningún tipo de reintegro del importe.
Este servicio de anulación individual de inscripción no incluye devoluciones por modificación del recorrido o cancelación de la actividad si se produce por causas ajenas a la organización. En ningún caso, la organización devolverá el importe de la inscripción, incluyendo que por mal tiempo o causas ajenas a la organización se vea forzada a anular o modificar la travesía.

The recruitment of registration for this event playful/sports to Chip Timing S.L. in the name of the Organizer, implies acceptance of the rules of procedure of the career and the following conditions:
- It is not
permitted in any case of returns on the registration.
- Only changes
allowed of any data associated with the registration, up to 72 hours prior to
the closing of the registration period contained in the regulation of the race.
- The organizer
reserves the right to modify the program of the event, as well as enrollment
prices and promotions.
- Any claim about
the realization, suspension, modification or cancellation of the event will be
addressed to the Organizer, with the presentation of the corresponding proof of
registration.
- CHIP TIMING S.L.
does not assume the obligations and responsibilities that correspond to the
Organizer of the event.
- CHIP TIMING S.L.
makes available to the Organizer the sales channels of registrations. The Financial
Entity and CHIP TIMING S.L. decline all responsibilities and obligations that
fall within the competence of the Organization.
- Except obstative
error, the hiring will only be considered celebrated, accepted and confirmed by
the communication made by the financial institution.
- Prices include
applicable VAT.
