The recruitment of registration for this event playful/sports to Chip Timing S.L. in the name of the Organizer, implies acceptance of the rules of procedure of the career and the following conditions:
- It is not
permitted in any case of returns on the registration.
- Only changes
allowed of any data associated with the registration, up to 72 hours prior to
the closing of the registration period contained in the regulation of the race.
- The organizer
reserves the right to modify the program of the event, as well as enrollment
prices and promotions.
- Any claim about
the realization, suspension, modification or cancellation of the event will be
addressed to the Organizer, with the presentation of the corresponding proof of
registration.
- CHIP TIMING S.L.
does not assume the obligations and responsibilities that correspond to the
Organizer of the event.
- CHIP TIMING S.L.
makes available to the Organizer the sales channels of registrations. The Financial
Entity and CHIP TIMING S.L. decline all responsibilities and obligations that
fall within the competence of the Organization.
- Except obstative
error, the hiring will only be considered celebrated, accepted and confirmed by
the communication made by the financial institution.

applicable VAT.
